References required on this open-book exam are: International Building Code, International Zoning Code, Legal Aspects of Code Administration, and Basic Code Enforcement. Our course is based on the 2018 International Codes at this time. CE credit ONLY for ICC (1.8 CEUs - Preferred Provider #1125, Course #16325) and ONLY IF YOU ATTEND THE LIVE CLASSROOM or WEBINAR COURSE. NO CE will be given for completing an online only course.

Questions are based upon content contained in the reference materials on general administration, legal aspects, plans and documents, zoning and site development.

Tuition includes access to an course with recorded content and practice exams for 60 DAYS from the date of enrollment. YOU SHOULD BE FAMILIAR WITH THE INDUSTRY CONCEPTS BEFORE TAKING THIS CLASS. THE CLASS WILL PREP YOU FOR THE EXAM ONLY - IF YOU DO NOT ALREADY HAVE THE FIELD KNOWLEDGE OF HOW TO READ PLANS, YOU SHOULD GET THAT EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE FIRST.
