This course is day one of the 2-day Home Inspector continuing education course and provides participants with an overview of the Standards of Practice for Florida Home Inspectors. A review of law (FS Ch.468 Part XI) and administrative code will be included. Division I contractors, who may provide home inspection services included within their scope of work, will review the elements of exactly what a home inspection consists of.
