Infiltration & Duct Leakage Testing
Our equipped testing facility utilizes Retrotec equipment and offers complete BPI Infiltration & Duct Leakage Certification. This certification requires verification of knowledge, skills, and field performance of set up and preparation of whole house depressurization using a blower door assembly as well as duct pressurization testing, including performing total system leakage; leakage to outside; and general analysis. A passing mark of 85% is required for successful BPI-IDL certification. This 2 hour testing session includes a 30 minute overview and discussion of the equipment used for testing, and necessary review of the critical tasks required to complete the field exam prior to the actual hands-on elements of the video recorded two hour examination. Training/ Exam Prep not included.
