Course includes a review of statutes and related rules for Construction Contracting (FS 489), understanding generally accepted bookkeeping accounting procedures for construction contracting, understanding obligations of practicing as a contractor. We will also review provisions of licensing and workers comp and lien law. This course has been developed to fulfill the requirement of a “seven-hour live classroom course which covers “financial management” for disciplinary purposes through the FL Construction Board - CILB.
