Home Inspector - 120 hour pre-licensure course

Become a licensed Florida Home Inspector! Home inspectors may do limited visual inspections. You are required to take a 120-hour course approved by the state, like this one, successfully pass a state examination for Home Inspectors and submit an application to the State of Florida.
