Specific to FLORIDA, our 120 hour course covers the 8 Components of a home : The structure, electrical system, HVAC system, roof covering, plumbing system, interior components, exterior components, ad site conditions that affect the structure as well as other conditions that impact existing homes in Florida. The course includes EVEYTHING necessary to complete Florida's state requirement AND pass the state Home Inspector exam.
Student access includes recorded tutorials, inspection forms, highlights for books, study quizzes and simulated practice exam.
The course is active for ONE year from the date of purchase. If you do not finish in that alloment of time you can purchase a 6 month extension for $395 with a live student representative at 877-LICENSE or Local 727-861-7225
