This online course is designed to prepare you for success on the Residential Building Inspector and Residential Building Plans Examiner exams. With 45 days of online access, you’ll have all the prerecorded lessons, practice, and guidance you need to study at your own pace.
In addition, you’re welcome to join our live quarterly classes—either in person at our Hudson classroom or via live webinar—if they fall within your 45-day access period. The 2025 live class dates are (subject to change):

You are able to register for live classes in your student portal when you purchase the course. Attendance at a live class is not required since all exam prep content is available online, but CE credit will only be given to live class or live webinar attendance.
Your 45-day access begins the day you purchase. If you’d like to pause or delay your start, simply call us to let us know. 45 day extensions can be purchased for $150 if the original 45 days expired within the last year.
