This 1-hour course provides construction contractors and industry professionals with an introduction to legal processes, including an overview of the court system. Topics include elements of a lawsuit, the discovery phase, considerations, damages and penalties, alternative methods of resolution, and responsibilities to avoid legal action.

 

Students have 90 days from enrollment to complete the course at their own pace.
