14-Hour CILB Contractor CE Renewal – Wind Loads & Required Topics
This package provides exactly 14 hours of required Construction Industry Licensing Board (CILB) continuing education for contractor license renewal. It includes all mandatory subject areas: workers’ compensation, workplace safety, business practices, laws and rules, wind mitigation, advanced code, and electrical pool safety.
The general hours focus on residential wind load fundamentals, including wind speed and risk category determination, wind exposure and surface roughness, enclosure classification and internal pressure, component and cladding pressures for roof and wall zones, protection of openings in wind-borne debris regions, and structural reactions due to wind forces.
Students have 90 days from enrollment to complete the course at their own pace.
