NASCLA Commercial Contractor Exam Prep
Our NASCLA Commercial Contractor Exam Prep provides comprehensive study materials to prepare students for both required exams to become a NASCLA Commercial Contractor. Business & Finance study materials are included.
After purchase and internal processing, students will receive access to our online exam prep portal, which serves as the primary method of study.
Exam prep access is valid for 24 months from the date access is issued.
All studying can be completed through the online portal using self-paced materials available 24/7. In addition, students may attend monthly live classes and webinars as a supplemental learning resource to reinforce key concepts. There is one live class per month for the Business & Finance portion and one live class per month for the technical portion (Contract Administration and Project Management). These live sessions follow the same curriculum each month, allowing students to attend as needed.

Business & Finance Exam: 6.5 hours | 125 questions
Technical Exam: 5.5 hours | 125 questions
Florida Licensing Information
This exam prep includes the Florida Business & Finance course if you are submitting a Florida Division I contractor application by endorsement.
Important to Consider
The NASCLA Accredited Examination Program was designed for contractors seeking licensure in multiple states. If you plan to work in more than one state, the NASCLA Technical Exam will satisfy the trade portion of the Florida Certified General, Building, or Residential Contractor exam requirements.
