The seminar will teach you how to pass your Principles & Practices exam -- the first time! Students will discuss building construction standards, CILB and ECLB and other board rules and regulations, liquefied petroleum gas, fire prevention, flood insurance, motor vehicle licenses, workers compensation, and construction lien laws.
At the conclusion of the day, students will have covered the required information for the Florida Principles & Practices examination.
Students have access to a class recording, unlimited simulated practice exams online (inspector) for 45 DAYS. Additional increments of 45 days may be purchased at a "RETAKE FEE" of $150. CE Credit is NOT available for online only version.
